Delete your FO Meet account

You can permanently delete your FO Meet account and personal data at any time. We provide two options: deletion from inside the app (recommended) and deletion by email request.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the FO Meet app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings (gear icon at the top right).
- Tap Account → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, enter your password if prompted, and tap Confirm delete.
- Your account is scheduled for deletion immediately and your profile is hidden from other users.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include:
- The email address or phone number registered to your account
- Your display name or user ID (if known)
- Confirmation that you want your account and personal data permanently deleted
We may ask one verification question to confirm you are the account owner. Once verified, we will process the deletion within 7 business days and send you an email confirmation.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our active systems:
- Profile information: name, date of birth, gender, bio, profile photos
- Account credentials: email, phone number, password hash, social-login identifiers
- Uploaded content: photos, videos, voice notes
- Activity data: matches, likes, swipes, follows
- Private messages sent and received (one-to-one chats)
- Location history and device identifiers tied to your account
- Push notification tokens and marketing preferences
What may be retained (and for how long)
Some data is retained for a limited period for legal, fraud-prevention, and safety reasons:
- Reports & moderation records — up to 24 months, to enforce community rules and prevent banned users from rejoining.
- Transaction & billing records — up to 5 years, where required by tax and accounting laws.
- Anonymized analytics — retained indefinitely; cannot be linked back to you.
- Backup copies — purged from rolling backups within 30 days.
Timeline
- Immediately: your profile becomes invisible to other users; you cannot sign in.
- Within 7 days: active-system data is deleted.
- Within 30 days: data is purged from backups.

Bạn có thể xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân trên FO Meet bất kỳ lúc nào. Chúng tôi cung cấp hai cách: xóa trực tiếp trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị) và xóa qua email.
Cách 1 — Xóa trực tiếp trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị)
- Mở ứng dụng FO Meet và đăng nhập tài khoản.
- Vào Hồ sơ → Cài đặt (biểu tượng bánh răng ở góc trên).
- Chọn Tài khoản → Xóa tài khoản.
- Đọc xác nhận, nhập mật khẩu nếu được yêu cầu, sau đó chạm Xác nhận xóa.
- Tài khoản được lên lịch xóa ngay lập tức và hồ sơ của bạn sẽ ẩn khỏi người dùng khác.
Cách 2 — Yêu cầu xóa qua email
Nếu không còn truy cập được ứng dụng, hãy gửi email đến [email protected] với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản". Vui lòng cung cấp:
- Email hoặc số điện thoại đăng ký tài khoản
- Tên hiển thị hoặc ID người dùng (nếu nhớ)
- Xác nhận bạn muốn xóa vĩnh viễn tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân
Chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu 1 câu hỏi xác minh để chắc chắn bạn là chủ tài khoản. Sau khi xác minh, yêu cầu sẽ được xử lý trong 7 ngày làm việc và bạn sẽ nhận email xác nhận.
Dữ liệu được xóa
Khi tài khoản bị xóa, các dữ liệu sau sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi hệ thống đang vận hành:
- Thông tin hồ sơ: tên, ngày sinh, giới tính, mô tả, ảnh đại diện
- Thông tin đăng nhập: email, số điện thoại, mật khẩu băm, định danh đăng nhập mạng xã hội
- Nội dung tải lên: ảnh, video, ghi âm
- Dữ liệu hoạt động: ghép đôi, lượt thích, lượt vuốt, theo dõi
- Tin nhắn riêng tư đã gửi/nhận (chat 1-1)
- Lịch sử vị trí và định danh thiết bị gắn với tài khoản
- Token thông báo đẩy và tùy chọn nhận tin tiếp thị
Dữ liệu có thể được lưu (và thời hạn)
Một số dữ liệu được giữ lại trong thời gian giới hạn vì lý do pháp lý, chống gian lận và an toàn:
- Báo cáo & nhật ký kiểm duyệt — tối đa 24 tháng, để thực thi quy tắc cộng đồng và ngăn người dùng đã bị cấm quay lại.
- Hóa đơn & giao dịch — tối đa 5 năm, theo yêu cầu của luật thuế và kế toán.
- Phân tích ẩn danh — lưu vô thời hạn; không thể liên kết ngược về bạn.
- Bản sao lưu — xóa khỏi bản sao lưu định kỳ trong vòng 30 ngày.
Tiến độ xử lý
- Ngay lập tức: hồ sơ của bạn ẩn khỏi người dùng khác; bạn không thể đăng nhập.
- Trong vòng 7 ngày: dữ liệu trên hệ thống đang vận hành bị xóa.
- Trong vòng 30 ngày: dữ liệu bị xóa khỏi các bản sao lưu.
