This Privacy Policy explains how FO Meet ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the FO Meet mobile application and related services (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password, date of birth, gender.
- Profile data: bio, photos, interests, preferences, occupation, optional sexual orientation, voice notes.
- Content: messages, photos, and other content you create or share through the Service.
- Communications: when you contact our support team.
- Payment data: processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store full card numbers.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device data: device model, OS version, language, Android advertising ID, app version, crash logs.
- Usage data: screens viewed, features used, time spent, matches, swipes, messages sent (metadata).
- Approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby users.
- Diagnostics via Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in via Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive the basic profile data you authorize them to share (name, email, profile picture).
2. How we use your information
- To operate the Service, create your account, and authenticate you.
- To match you with other users and personalize recommendations.
- To enable messaging, notifications, and other social features.
- To moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms and Child Safety Standards.
- To process payments and subscriptions.
- To send service updates and, where allowed, marketing communications you can opt out of.
- To improve the Service through analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases (GDPR / EU users)
We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, our legitimate interests (safety, fraud prevention, product improvement), your consent (for marketing, precise location, optional profile fields), and legal obligations.
4. How we share information
- Other users: your profile, photos, and public activity are visible per your settings.
- Service providers: hosting (Google Cloud / AWS), analytics (Firebase, Google Analytics), crash reporting (Crashlytics), payment processing (Google Play), customer support, content moderation. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal & safety: to comply with laws, lawful requests, and to protect users — including reporting child-safety incidents to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- Corporate transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. When you delete your account, we erase personal data within 7 days from active systems and within 30 days from backups, subject to limited retention for legal, fraud, and safety reasons. 6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent. You can exercise most rights directly from the app (Settings → Account) or by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
7. Children
FO Meet is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we delete it. See Child Safety Standards.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and regular audits. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong unique password.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

1. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
1.1 Thông tin bạn cung cấp
- Tài khoản: tên, email, số điện thoại, mật khẩu, ngày sinh, giới tính.
- Hồ sơ: mô tả, ảnh, sở thích, tùy chọn, nghề nghiệp, xu hướng tình dục (tùy chọn), ghi âm.
- Nội dung: tin nhắn, hình ảnh và nội dung khác bạn tạo hoặc chia sẻ.
- Trao đổi: khi bạn liên hệ bộ phận hỗ trợ.
- Thanh toán: xử lý qua Google Play Billing. Chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ đầy đủ.
1.2 Thông tin thu thập tự động
- Thiết bị: kiểu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, ngôn ngữ, Android Advertising ID, phiên bản ứng dụng, nhật ký sự cố.
- Sử dụng: màn hình đã xem, tính năng đã dùng, thời gian sử dụng, ghép đôi, vuốt, siêu dữ liệu tin nhắn.
- Vị trí gần đúng hoặc chính xác (theo cấp quyền của bạn) để hiển thị người dùng gần bạn.
- Chuẩn đoán qua Firebase Crashlytics và Google Analytics for Firebase.
1.3 Thông tin từ bên thứ ba
Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, Facebook hoặc Apple, chúng tôi nhận thông tin hồ sơ cơ bản mà bạn cho phép họ chia sẻ (tên, email, ảnh đại diện).
2. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin
- Vận hành Dịch vụ, tạo tài khoản và xác thực người dùng.
- Ghép đôi và cá nhân hóa gợi ý.
- Kích hoạt nhắn tin, thông báo và các tính năng xã hội khác.
- Kiểm duyệt nội dung, ngăn chặn gian lận, lạm dụng; thực thi Điều khoản và Tiêu chuẩn Bảo vệ Trẻ em.
- Xử lý thanh toán và đăng ký.
- Gửi cập nhật dịch vụ và thông tin tiếp thị (khi pháp luật cho phép, bạn có thể từ chối).
- Cải tiến Dịch vụ thông qua phân tích.
- Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
3. Cơ sở pháp lý (GDPR / người dùng EU)
Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu trên cơ sở thực hiện hợp đồng, lợi ích hợp pháp (an toàn, chống gian lận, cải tiến sản phẩm), sự đồng ý của bạn (tiếp thị, vị trí chính xác, trường hồ sơ tùy chọn), và nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
4. Cách chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin
- Người dùng khác: hồ sơ, ảnh và hoạt động công khai của bạn hiển thị theo cài đặt.

- Pháp lý & an toàn: để tuân thủ pháp luật, các yêu cầu hợp pháp và bảo vệ người dùng — bao gồm báo cáo sự cố an toàn trẻ em cho NCMEC và cơ quan chức năng.
- Giao dịch doanh nghiệp: trong trường hợp sáp nhập, mua bán hoặc chuyển nhượng tài sản.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
5. Thời gian lưu trữ
Chúng tôi chỉ lưu dữ liệu cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích nêu trên. Khi bạn xóa tài khoản, dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ bị xóa khỏi hệ thống đang vận hành trong 7 ngày và khỏi bản sao lưu trong 30 ngày, ngoại trừ một số dữ liệu phải lưu vì lý do pháp lý, gian lận và an toàn. 6. Quyền của bạn
Tùy theo quốc gia, bạn có quyền truy cập, sửa, xóa, chuyển hoặc giới hạn xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân và phản đối hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý. Bạn có thể thực hiện hầu hết các quyền này trong ứng dụng (Cài đặt → Tài khoản) hoặc email đến [email protected]. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.
7. Trẻ em
FO Meet dành cho người dùng từ 18 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ vị thành niên. Nếu phát hiện tài khoản thuộc về trẻ vị thành niên, chúng tôi sẽ xóa. Xem Tiêu chuẩn Bảo vệ Trẻ em.
8. Bảo mật
Chúng tôi dùng TLS khi truyền dữ liệu, mã hóa khi lưu trữ, kiểm soát truy cập và kiểm toán định kỳ. Không có hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; vui lòng sử dụng mật khẩu mạnh và duy nhất.
9. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
Dữ liệu của bạn có thể được xử lý ở các quốc gia khác. Chúng tôi áp dụng các điều khoản hợp đồng tiêu chuẩn hoặc biện pháp bảo vệ tương đương khi luật yêu cầu.
10. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách này. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email ít nhất 14 ngày trước khi có hiệu lực.
